Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ewing Electrical! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

All transactions are in Australian Currency (AUD)

Domestic Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders can be collected from 97 Plunkett St Nowra NSW 2541 during trading hours.

When Baseball resumes, we travel to the Wollongong/Shellharbour area for Baseball on a regular basis so may be able to arrange to meet up with you. We prefer to meet at a central location e.g McDonalds. Please contact us to confirm when we will be in the area next!)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Postage Rates & Delivery Estimates - Domestic
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our policy is calculate postage based on the weight of the parcel. Items like Blender Seals and Brew Head Seals which can be sent in a C5 envelope often have Free Postage, however will not be tracked. If Seals require tracking please select "Express" which is available as a $7.00 option.


We use Australia Post but in instance of bulky parcels (and availability of a street address) may use Officeworks (Fastway)

500g Parcel: Standard $10.00 Express $14.00

1kg Parcel: Standard $15.00 Express $21.00

1.001-2kg: Standard $20.00 Express $28.00

Above 2kg: Standard $25.00 Express $35.00

You will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing (if applicable) your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Postage Rates & Delivery Estimates - International

We have reinstated postage to the USA.

World freight is massively delayed. We post same or next business day, but it's taking 4-6 weeks for items to get to the USA, and 8-12 weeks to Canada.  Postal workers are working super hard but there's so many rules in place now for their safety (understandable) and a huge backlog of parcels.

***15th April 2020***

We have introduced a flat AU$15.00 postage charge for seals and other "flat" items. Australia Post will no longer take the $6.00 C5 envelopes as they are classified as "Economy".  AU$15.00 means the seal will have tracking and should arrive "faster" than Economy would have.

Currently we ship to the United Kingdom, USA and Canada.

You will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing (if applicable) your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Ewing Electrical is not responsible for any Customs Duty applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For International Purchases we are required to provide a dollar value to Australia Post. Please check with your local authorities for Customs Duty information.

Damages & Lost Parcels
Ewing Electrical is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are provided with a tracking number and Australia Post show that the item is delivered, we accept that as proof of delivery of your purchase. If we have that proof of delivery, and you claim that the parcel has not been delivered, we reserve the right to provide that proof to Paypal.

If I lodge a claim of a "missing" parcel to Australia Post this is not acceptance that a parcel has not been delivered, just us taking you at your word and trying to be helpful. Please understand that we are not a big multinational company just an honest small business trying to do the best for our kids. We have to accept Australia Post at their word that a tracked parcel has been delivered, and will not refund in that instance.

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 97 Plunkett St, Nowra, NSW, 2541, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please to not use "Return to Sender" - Australia Post imposes a $10 charge on us and that will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
