Accessories included are a 7mm julienne insert, 3.5mm julienne insert and the reversible insert for thick and thin slicing. The V-Slicer is made of plastic with VERY sharp cutting blades. Very simple to wash. It costs $44.95 as the Standard Set (on the left), and $54.95 including a Storage Box (on the right).
